AInoon Terms of Use

Purpose
 These Terms of Use govern the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between
Seerslab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “users”) in connection with the e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided through the official AInoon online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Sales Channel”) operated by the Company.

Definitions
 The following definitions apply within these Terms:

  • “Sales Channel” refers to the online platform operated by the Company for the sale of AInoon, an AI-based smart glasses product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), and related services.

  • “User” refers to anyone who accesses the Sales Channel and uses the Service provided by the Company, including non-registered users.

  • “Non-member” refers to a user who uses the Sales Channel without registering an account.

  • “Product” refers to AInoon, the AI-powered smart glasses sold by the Company.

  • Terms not defined in this section shall follow relevant laws and commercial practices.

Posting and Amendments to the Terms
 The Company shall post these Terms in a way that is easily accessible on the main page of the Sales Channel.

 When amending these Terms, the Company will clearly indicate the current terms, amended term
s, effective date, and reason for changes. Notice will be given at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days in the case of changes unfavorable to users), and the amended Terms will remain available for a reasonable period after the effective date.
 Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service.

 If a user does not express refusal by the effective date despite being notified that lack of response will be deemed as acceptance, the amended Terms will be considered accepted.

Provision and Modification of the Service
 The Company provides the following services through the Sales Channel:

  • Sale of the Product

  • Guidance for downloading and using the companion mobile app
     The Company may modify the Service for technical, legal, or improvement purposes, and will notify users in advance when changes occur.

Purchases and Payment
 Users may purchase Products through the procedures provided by the Sales Channel.

 The Company may offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
     Users may complete purchases without account registration by entering buyer information (name, contact details, shipping address) at checkout.

     Users are responsible for any errors or misuse of information entered during payment.

     If technical or legal issues arise during payment, or in cases of unforeseen disruptions (e.g., network errors), the Company may request the user to change the payment method or may suspend or reject the payment at its discretion.

Shipping and International Delivery
 The Company will ship the Product to the address entered by the user. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic shipping: 3 business days

  • International shipping: 15 business days
     For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for customs duties and VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges may limit the possibility of returns or refunds.

     The Company is not liable for delays, customs clearance issues, or additional charges incurred during delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the import regulations of the destination country.

     Users must enter the correct shipping address, and the Company is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

Order Cancellation and Refunds
 In accordance with applicable laws, the Company allows users to cancel purchases within
7 days of receiving the Product. However, cancellations may be restricted in the following cases:

  • The Product has been opened and used

  • The Product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the user

  • Other cases restricted under applicable e-commerce or consumer protection laws
     Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirming the returned item.

     All shipping and related costs for returns and exchanges must be covered by the buyer.

     The refund period may vary depending on the payment method used.

Special Terms for Pre-orders
 The Company may offer pre-orders for certain Products, allowing users to purchase the item before its official release.

 Pre-order items are shipped sequentially after production is complete.

 Users complete a pre-order by clicking the “Pre-order” button and entering buyer information (name, contact details, shipping address) during checkout.

 The delivery schedule for pre-ordered items will follow the Company’s official announcements.

 Pre-order cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations are allowed until the product enters shipping preparation.

  • Once shipping preparation begins and a tracking number is issued, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard refund process applies.

  • If delivery is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the estimated shipping date, users may request cancellation and a refund.

  • Refunds due to change of mind must be requested within 7 days of receiving the Product and may be restricted if the item has been used.

  • All return and refund costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the Company confirms the condition of the returned item.
     If the Company has clearly notified or announced the estimated shipping date and cancellation limitations, and the user does not explicitly refuse, the Company will consider the user to have accepted the conditions of the pre-order.

Limitation of Liability
 The Company is not liable for service unavailability caused by force majeure events, technical issues, or unlawful acts by third parties.

 The Company is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from user error or negligence.

 The Company is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or extra charges unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence by the shipping carrier.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
 Users may contact the Company’s customer support center for dispute resolution, and the Company will make efforts to resolve issues promptly.

 These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
