Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing AInoon AI Smart Glasses. We value your satisfaction and offer exchange, return, and refund services under the following conditions.
■ Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipping preparation begins.
- Once shipping preparation has started and a tracking number is issued, the return/exchange process must be followed.
■ When Exchange / Return / Refund is Accepted
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging and components included
- If the product is defective, we will provide a free exchange or full refund
■ How to Request
- Contact the place of purchase
- You will receive a return instruction email after your request is accepted
- The product must arrive at our return center within 14 days of the request
- Be sure to include your order number and proof of purchase inside the return package
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will proceed with the exchange or refund
- For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card, and may take 7–10 business days depending on the credit card company
■ When Exchange / Return / Refund is Not Accepted
- If more than 7 days have passed since product receipt (excluding defects)
- If the product has been used or its value has been diminished
- If the product is damaged or missing parts due to customer mishandling
- Any other cases restricted by applicable e-commerce consumer protection laws
